Terms of Service

1. What ChefNetwork is

ChefNetwork (chefnetwork.in) gives professional chefs a public profile page and helps visitors discover and contact them. We are a discovery and introduction platform — we are not a party to any engagement, booking or payment agreed between a chef and a client.

2. Chefs are independent professionals

Chefs on ChefNetwork are independent. They are solely responsible for their services, pricing, conduct, hygiene practices, and for holding any registrations or licenses required to offer food services in their jurisdiction (including FSSAI registration where applicable in India). ChefNetwork does not verify claims on profiles unless a verification badge explicitly says so.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, the law, or put other users at risk.

4. Your content

You own the content you add (photos, menus, text). By publishing a profile you grant ChefNetwork a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content as part of operating the service — including in search results and AI-assistant integrations, which is the point of the product. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • No spam, scraping for resale, or abuse of inquiry/support forms.
  • No attempts to break or overload the service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChefNetwork is not liable for the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any chef–client engagement, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the site or by email. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page.
